Netextender of one of my managers won't connect, after his trip back east and he is unable to connect back from his home office network.
We tried reinstalling NetExtender software and every time the error message ask him to reboot the computer to resolve the issue.
His laptop is a Surface Pro 3.0 with Windows 8.1Pro-64 bit.
Our office has an SRA Virtual Appliance - SonicOS 8.0.0.3-23sv
Other users seems to be connecting fine.
