We are currently testing the latest firmware for the SRA EX-6000 (11.4.0.368 + latest hotfixes)
One of my testers is asking if it is possible to enable numlock by default in the HTML5 RDP shortcut.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
Furthermore we also seeing that sometimes users are getting the wrong keyboard language and as a user you have to switch the language (with left-alt + shift) to get the correct characters from the keyboard.
Is this a known issue in the SRA EX6000 or is it worthwhile to open up a support case for it?
It is not happening all the time but sometimes so it is difficult to investigate.
