We are having a unique issue with NetExtender and haven't really made any progress after working with 2 techs. The issue is that a user will log into NetExtender on their Windows 7 or 8.1 machine and sometimes within 90 seconds will be disconnected. Then upon logging in again, the connection remains connected without any issues. This is an intermittent problem, and after reviewing the logs with the techs it seems that it may actually have to do with a conflict with the SSO agent. We believe the SSO agent shouldn't have anything to do with it, but in the log it shows a user mismatch and logs them out. Anyway, if anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any recommendations, please let me know as we are getting extremely frustrated. The issue only has to do with NetExtender, the mobile client works every time without fail.
